Solution Highlights
Several drills in one bay
Roller conveyors link the machines
Dust main runs along the roof span
Panels transfer between lines unattended
What the photos show
Several six-sided drills sit side by side across one bay, with roller tables between them so a panel can move from one drilling station to the next without being set down or carried by hand. Overhead, a large dust extraction duct runs along the roof span and drops flexible hoses onto the suction port of each machine.
The photos also show the steel platforms, stairs and guarding that go with a layout of this size. When a whole bay is planned at once, the conveyor routes, the dust branches and the access for operators and maintenance have to be settled before the machines arrive — otherwise there is no room left to load or to service them.
Please note
This page shows the plant after delivery. It gives no throughput, cycle-time or yield figures — those depend on panel mix, batch size and shift pattern. Machine configuration and scope of supply follow the contract. To see the models available, browse six-sided drills.
