Solution Highlights

Drills in two facing rows

One central aisle carries the panels

Its own loading position per machine

Roller tables reach out to the aisle

What the photos show

Unlike a single long row, this drilling area places the six-sided drills in two rows facing each other with one aisle between them. The conveyor runs down the aisle, and each machine takes and returns panels from that same aisle, with its roller table reaching out towards it.

The point of this layout is a smaller footprint: the same number of drilling stations does not have to be spread along one long side, and the loading positions all sit on a single aisle, so one operator can watch several machines at once. Process signage is mounted on the wall above the area and the floor is coated epoxy.

Please note

This page shows the plant after delivery. It gives no throughput, cycle-time or yield figures — those depend on panel mix, batch size and shift pattern. Machine configuration and scope of supply follow the contract. To see the models available, browse six-sided drills.
