What the photos show
Tuodiao supplied the drilling stage of this line. The six-sided drills sit side by side, each with its own operator screen and the Tuodiao nameplate on the body, with a roller table on both the feed and the exit side. A panel flows in from the previous station, all six faces are machined in one clamping, and the panel leaves on the conveyor — it never touches the floor in between. Above the row, a main dust extraction duct runs the length of the bay and drops a separate branch onto each machine.
In the same bay a robot arm moves boards between the stack and the line. Cut panels wait at the edge of the line in stacks, feed into the drilling stations in sequence, and are stacked again after drilling before they go on to edge banding and sorting.
Where this layout fits
Custom furniture plants with many panel sizes, small batches, and a requirement that work keeps moving between stations. Running the drilling stations in parallel means the loading gap of a single machine no longer holds up the whole line, and switching orders is a program change rather than a line changeover.
Please note
This page shows the plant after delivery. It gives no throughput, cycle-time or yield figures — those depend on panel mix, batch size and shift pattern. Machine configuration and scope of supply follow the contract. To see the models available, browse six-sided drills.
