Overview

The TD-365 is a compact automatic straight-line edge bander for furniture panel production. A single pass completes EVA gluing, pneumatic six-roller pressing, front and rear end trimming, finish trimming, scraping and polishing, so panels go straight on to drilling and packing. It suits medium batches of cabinet panels in many different sizes.

Structure and Operation

The machine uses a split steel frame with a variable-frequency feed system, running stable and quiet. The glue station has a granule pot with temperature control for an even, adjustable glue line; trimming and polishing are adjusted by handwheel, so changeover is fast and an operator can run it independently after short training. Total connected load is only 9.1 kW, so workshop wiring requirements stay low.

Who It Is For

For factories moving from manual banding or outsourced banding to in-house production, the TD-365 is a simple, low-commitment entry into automatic edge banding. It also works well as a touch-up or rework station alongside a high-output line.
