TD-368 Automatic Edge Bander | Compact Model with Rough Trimming

The TD-368 automatic edge bander runs EVA gluing with pneumatic six-roller pressing, then front and rear end trimming, rough trimming, finish trimming, scraping and polishing in a single pass at 15-24 m/min.

Key Features

One station more than the TD-365: rough trimming squares off a chipped or sawn edge before the finish pass
EVA gluing with pneumatic six-roller pressing holds the band under even pressure along the whole edge
Front and rear end trim units cut flush ends with minimal chipping
Rough and finish trimming bring the side glue line down in two controlled steps
Scraping and polishing finish the joint seamless to the touch
Variable-frequency feed matched to a 15-24 m/min pace for short, mixed batches

Overview

The TD-368 is a compact automatic edge bander: EVA gluing and pneumatic six-roller pressing, followed by front and rear end trimming, rough trimming, finish trimming, scraping and polishing. Against the TD-365 it adds the rough trimming station, so panels whose edges are chipped or roughly sawn are squared off first and only then brought to final size — a steadier edge quality on production batches.

Process Chain

Panels pass through gluing and pressing, end trimming, rough and finish trimming, scraping and polishing in one go. Variable-frequency feeding runs at 15-24 m/min, and at 5272 mm long the machine still fits a moderate workshop footprint.

Who It Is For

Built for carcass and door work in melamine-faced and foil board, where the cut comes off the saw with edges that need levelling before the band goes on. It serves as the main automatic bander in small and mid-size factories.
