TD-668JG High-Speed Automatic Edge Bander | No-Clean Dual-Colour Glue Spreading

Overview

The TD-668JG is a steel-frame through-feed high-speed edge bander. From release agent and pre-milling it runs a fast melter with glue pot, two pneumatic six-roller pressing beams with a no-clean dual-colour glue spreader between them, then end trimming, rough and finish trimming, copying trace, two scrapers plus a flexible scraper, after cleaning and two polishing heads — the full chain in one pass. Because colour changes no longer cost a cleaning and reheating stop, it holds a 15-24 m/min pace without giving up glue-line quality, which is the point factories specify once banding becomes their bottleneck.

Structure and Output

At 9038 mm the bed carries all sixteen stations. Rigidity plus the pressure beam and guide structure keep panels stable at speed. The fast melter and glue pot carry throughput, the no-clean dual-colour spreader carries changeover efficiency, and every station is called up from a single 15-inch industrial touch screen. Connected load of 26.74 kW corresponds to a full-shift continuous duty.
