Applications
Overview
The TD1325P is Tuodiao’s general-purpose CNC engraving machine. Its 1300 x 2500 mm working area covers the sizes most shops run daily, and one machine handles both wood carving and advertising material cutting - a balanced entry and production choice for furniture, signage and craft businesses.
Materials
It engraves wood and wood-based panels, and cuts plastic sheet such as acrylic and bakelite, plus PVC, double-color board and composite panel. Changing the tool and adjusting spindle speed and feed lets the same machine move between woodworking jobs and signage jobs.
Key Configuration
A high-speed air-cooled VFD spindle (3.7 or 6.0 kW) runs 0-18,000 rpm; rack drives on all three axes with hybrid servo deliver 12 m/min working and 15 m/min traverse speeds.
Software
The Weihong Ncstudio controller accepts CAM files from Type3, ArtCAM and other common domestic and international design software.
