Overview

The labeling version of the Tuodiao K3 series runs loading, nesting, labeling and unloading as one self-contained cutting cell. Full sheets feed from the 60-sheet magazine, the machine cuts, grooves and drills to an optimized layout, every part receives a barcode label, and the auto unloader sorts the output onto the conveyor — one operator, and parts go straight to edge banding. Production Rhythm

120+ standard 4×8 ft boards per shift with optimized nesting that keeps panel waste down. The 9 kW air-cooled spindle comes standard with a 12-position row tool magazine, so nesting, grooving and drilling run in a single setup, while the 6-zone vacuum table holds both full sheets and small offcuts.

Labeling & Traceability

Each part leaves the machine with its own barcode label carrying the order number, size and the edge banding and drilling requirements for that part. Downstream stations identify parts by label rather than hand-written lists, so sorting, packing and installation stay matched to the order.
