The K3-49-SS and K3-79-SS give panel furniture factories a fully automatic nesting solution from full-sheet loading to finished-part unloading. The 9 kW automatic tool change spindle and 12-position row tool magazine complete cutting, grooving, drilling and shaping in a single setup. If parts need a barcode label on the way off the machine, choose the Tuodiao K3 Labeling Nesting Router in the same series.
Efficiency and Stability
Auto feeding, optimized nesting, grooving, vertical drilling, shaping and auto discharging run as one uninterrupted flow. The 7-zone vacuum table holds sheets of different sizes firmly, and the 1.5 kW AC servo drives keep the machine stable through long production runs.
Software Ecosystem
The LNC controller works with domestic and international nesting software, reading cut lists directly - ideal for scaled continuous production.
