Overview

At the core of the Tuodiao K8 series cutting station (1V2-K8-4/9-J) sits a 4-axis articulated robot: it lifts sheets from the feed rack, the vacuum table positions them, the spindle completes the nesting, each panel leaves the machine with its own barcode label, and the same robot sorts, unloads and stacks the finished panels into nests, so panels never touch the floor in between. Auto labeling, loading, positioning, cutting, unloading and palletizing run as one continuous flow with no waiting between operations.

That is also what separates it from the K320 Cutting Station: the K320 delivers high-accuracy sized cutting and auto labeling, while the K8 adds a 4-axis articulated robot on top of that and hands loading, unloading and palletizing to the machine.

How Cutting and Labeling Keep Pace

The standard 9 kW auto tool-change spindle with a 12-tool servo magazine cuts, grooves and changes tools in a single setup. Labeling runs at 6-8 sheets, precisely matched to the cutting speed, so the station keeps running without labels backing up at the labeling station. The 24-hole vacuum adsorption table holds panels of different areas firmly, and both 4x8 ft and 4x9 ft sheets load directly.

The same 4-axis robot handles the outfeed: finished panels are sorted and stacked into neat nests in sequence, so no one has to gather them sheet by sheet at the exit. That cuts handling damage and removes the labor from the unloading position.

Line Integration

Running a custom control system with CAM, the station accepts output from domestic and international nesting and optimization software, turning orders straight into tool paths. It can run on its own or be linked as one station in a production line with upstream and downstream equipment, expanding as throughput grows. Specifications may change without notice as equipment is upgraded.
