K320 Cutting Station | Auto Labeling & Column Robot Loading

Overview

The K320 intelligent cutting station is built for the cutting stage of whole-home custom furniture production. It combines an automatic labeling unit, a 4-axis column robot, central control software and high-precision CNC cutting equipment, with multi-axis coordination so cutting and labeling happen at the same time. The compact layout takes 20% less floor space than a conventional arrangement - 81 square metres in total (6 x 13.5 m) - which suits small and mid-size furniture makers. The series is offered as K320-49 and K320-79, and can be built for other sheet sizes; interfaces for full-line integration are provided. Loading and unloading are separate jobs: the K320 feeds raw sheets with its column robot, while automatic unloading and palletizing by 4-axis articulated robot is the Tuodiao K8 Series Cutting Station. Each machine can be optioned with the other’s standard feature - the K8 with column-robot loading, the K320 with robot unloading and palletizing.

What the Cell Contains

Two K3-49 routers (9 kW in-line tool change, with automatic loading, positioning, unloading, side stop and vacuum pump), two L420 air-cooled vacuum pumps (420 m3/h), two 1300 x 3000 conveyor tables (bottom dust extraction standard, top extraction optional), two 1300 x 3000 roller buffer tables, one LM4-3000 4-axis column robot with vacuum cups, one TB-49 automatic labeling unit and one central control package.

Layout and Footprint

The two K3-49 routers sit side by side with the column robot between them, so one robot feeds sheets to both lines; the board stack, labeling unit and unloading conveyors follow the flow of the cut. The cell measures 6 x 13.5 m - 81 square metres, 20% less floor space than a conventional layout.

Loading and Labeling

Raw stock stacks to 1260 mm - up to 70 sheets of 18 mm board. The robot arm rotates and lifts sheets from 150 to 1350 mm without a pit foundation, and its full-suction gripper handles boards without marking the face. The high-speed follow labeling unit rotates to 0 or 90 degrees, and the multi-channel layout applies labels while cutting continues, so waiting time between operations drops sharply.

Central Control

Tuodiao’s professional central control system optimizes the loading sequence with a dynamic feeding algorithm and covers task management, program import, fault display and clearing, machining simulation and barcode management across multiple file formats - digital control from sheet loading to finished unloading.

Options

Robot unloading for fully automatic stacking and picking, two pressure roller sets on the routers, top dust extraction on the conveyors, automatic lifting pressure beams, lifting pressure rollers for thin or easily distorted material, and a robot sheet-picking system for fully automated lines.
