Applications
Overview
The Tuodiao T-E22F is a four-pack CNC six-sided drill: two upper and two lower drill packs, driven by two upper and two lower spindles, laid out as two channels and two work stations. All six faces are drilled and both faces grooved from a single clamping. The two channels work independently, so one panel can be machined while the next is loaded in the other channel, and a whole order runs through without separate scheduling for large parts. The smallest part the machine handles on its own is 35 x 70 mm, and it is straightforward to operate across multiple shifts. Air-bearing holes across the infeed and outfeed tables protect the panel face while it slides; extended Y-axis rails hold the working speed, and dual clamps with an automatic side clamping device keep the part steady in travel.
Dual channels and four drill packs
Each of the left and right channels accepts any file, so two different panels are in process at the same time and output reaches 3-4 panels a minute. The four packs divide the top and bottom faces: every upper pack carries 12 vertical drills, 6 horizontal drills and 12 assist cylinders, every lower pack 8 vertical drills and 2 assist cylinders, with 12 pressure pads built into the pack body. Hinge boring is integrated in the upper drill pack, so no separate machine is needed; shaped parts can be machined as well.
Integrated drill packs
The bespoke integrated packs carry built-in pressure rollers and run at 90% utilisation, lifting output by 30-45%. Minimum vertical hole distance is 60 mm, minimum horizontal hole distance 128 mm in the vertical direction and 210 mm across the feed direction.
Three-position lifting grippers
The patented grippers work at three heights: below the table when loading, so a panel slides on easily; above it when idling, so the face is not scratched; level with it during cutting, which holds the accuracy of horizontal holes in small parts. They also extract dust and change automatically, which reduces how often grippers are swapped.
Frame and accuracy
The body is a one-piece, frame-style high-strength steel structure, fully welded - not the assembled frames used by other brands. The welded frame is finished on an imported gantry mill to hold structural stability and accuracy, then annealed to relieve stress so it stays true over long service.
Dynamic acceleration
The machine runs the customised 3VJIA design system, and its proprietary dynamic acceleration package covers adaptive grooving speed, dynamic positioning of shaped parts and the shortest tool lift path, and each tool slot can take its own offset.
Software link-up
The open interface reads MPR, XML, DXF and BAN and connects directly to nesting and cutting-list software. No programming is required: scan the QR code and the panel is machined.
Four packs or six
T-E22F covers the top and bottom faces with four packs, which suits cabinet panels and orders with a concentrated set of hole specifications. Where the product range is wider and each panel carries more holes in a single pass, the six-pack twin of this machine is the T-E22L six-sided drill.
